Visual wedding timeline

We will identify with the event itinerary, discuss your vision, define your service needs, and  I will prepare a quote and send a service agreement.

At this stage, you will submit the signed  Service Agreement and make the initial deposit to retain me for your special day.

During this meeting, we will discuss  the intricacies of your wedding timeline with the goal of producing a schedule. We will discuss your wedding details, pair up the music selections with the various activities, and discuss other aspects of the reception.

On the week of wedding, we will confirm  that the details of the schedule are accurate and update where necessary.  

It is my experience that changes occur up to the day of the wedding and I am diligent in being well prepared.  

Balance due is submitted.

I will be on site 2-hours prior to the  ceremony start time to setup the ceremony, cocktail, and reception rigs.

When the wedding party arrives, you will feel butterfly's :) and I will coordinate the guests.

Then the excitement begins!
